I highly doubt her parents want to attract people. Little girls tops fall down all the time and its hard to keep fixing it but maybe she ended up getting a shirt on we have no idea. Why hasn't this been removed? Does anyone still run this blog? This is still up after YEARS. This is fucking disgusting and you should be ashamed of yourself for even having it up here.
